Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic full‑body massage using warm herbal oils to nourish the tissues, calm the nervous system, and restore balance. This deeply grounding therapy supports circulation, detoxification, joint mobility, and overall wellbeing. At Eternal Ayurveda, each session is performed with slow, rhythmic strokes and gentle marma point activation to promote relaxation and harmony within the body. Oils are selected according to your dosha and individual needs. Ideal for: stress relief, improving sleep, balancing Vata, enhancing skin health, and supporting hormonal wellness. Duration: 60 / 90 minutes Includes: Warm herbal oils, head & body massage, marma point therapy Not suitable for: In fever, active infection, recent surgery, or pregnancy unless medically approved. Please note: This treatment has specific eligibility requirements. Pregnant women, men and anyone under 18 are kindly asked to contact the clinic by call or WhatsApp to discuss suitability and booking options. Cancellation Policy
We are happy to move or cancel appointments, but require 48 hours’ notice please. Failure to attend without notice, or any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, will be charged in full. However, if an alternative appointment is booked at the time of cancelling, you will only be charged a 50% fee. Our objective is that all patients receive the best possible experience. If you are running late for your appointment, we will do our best to fit you in Please be aware that late arrival may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment. A cancelled appointment will result in the fee terms detailed above.
