🌿Udvartana is a traditional Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure designed to stimulate circulation, exfoliate the skin, and support detoxification. This invigorating massage is performed using herbal powders (choornas) that help energise the body and promote a feeling of lightness. General Indications Obesity Lymphatic congestion Cellulite Poor circulation Muscular tension and stiffness Rheumatoid arthritis Osteoarthritis Chronic fatigue syndrome Depression Contraindications Broken skin Open wounds or injuries Acute inflammation or infectious conditions Fever Recent surgery Sensitive skin Underweight Not suitable for: In fever, active infection, recent surgery, or pregnancy unless medically approved. Please note: This treatment has specific eligibility requirements. Pregnant women, men and anyone under 18 are kindly asked to contact the clinic by call or WhatsApp to discuss suitability and booking options. If you have any specific health conditions or special circumstances, you’re also welcome to reach out before booking. Important Information Udvartana is not suitable for everyone. If, during consultation, you are found unsuitable for this treatment, an alternative therapy will be recommended. You may request a refund if you prefer not to proceed with another option.
Cancellation Policy
We are happy to move or cancel appointments, but require 48 hours’ notice please. Failure to attend without notice, or any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, will be charged in full. However, if an alternative appointment is booked at the time of cancelling, you will only be charged a 50% fee. Our objective is that all patients receive the best possible experience. If you are running late for your appointment, we will do our best to fit you in Please be aware that late arrival may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment. A cancelled appointment will result in the fee terms detailed above.
